Can we bring our own caterers?
We used to allow this, however due to a lot of bad reviews regarding sub-standard caterers that came in we have removed this option. We do not want our guests having negative experiences in our space!
We offer full-service packages as we are caterers first and foremost, and we are AMAZING at it! This is a part of our business we have spent years nurturing and cultivating to ensure abundant and appetising meals that our guests can enjoy, share, and rave about! We put our heart and soul into creating family style food, and like to make sure no one goes home hungry!
You will be able to see from our stunning food and beverage packages we have an abundance of choices and we are extremely competitive in price to help you with your event budget!
Do you have parking?
We have our own designated free carpark on Woodlands Terrace, plus there is plenty of off-street parking surrounding our venue.
Can we mix and match menus?
Absolutely! We can tailor our packages to suit your event! Just ask us how!
We open the venue for set up from 9am - 1pm on the day of your event. Set ups/pack downs the day prior or after your event are subject to availability and incur an additional $350 fee. If you would like us to set up & pack down your style items for your event on the day we absolutely can do this for you! We charge a minimum $350 fee (total price depends on what is involved with your set up), so this way you won't have to worry about a thing on your big day!
When can we access the venue to set up on the day?
We love, love, love candles, and they look exceptional in our space! Just ensure all candles are encased! We would hate to have a fiery disaster instead of a beautiful event!
Can we have candles?
At Ten22 we love a good party, and we are licensed until 2am! All parties extending after midnight incur additional fees. Please speak to us to ensure we can lock in a longer event, so you can get more out of your dancing shoes!
