THE SPACE
Ten22 Boutique Venue is one of Adelaide’s best wedding venue and events venue in SA! Located just 15 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD, TEN22 is a relaxed, industrial Luxe warehouse space perfect for those who want a contemporary alternative to the customary event function space.
The restored warehouse has retained its link to its past as a wrought iron manufacturing site with the original front iron gates welcoming guests on entry.
A private, stand alone space, TEN22, with it's small iron gate frontage, belies the unexpected surprise awaiting beyond.
MAIN ROOM
A mix of industrial and rustic, with styled elements throughout our venue space. An Italian vintage chandelier, rustic Argentinian doors and polished concrete floors, together with palette installations, hanging foliage and festoon lighting. Stylish details to build at an atmosphere for a stylish urban occasion. No matter what the occasion, whether it be for an Adelaide wedding, engagement party, corporate event, birthday celebration, christening or special occasion, we create an experience like no other.
The main space is approx. 220sqm when fully open or can be partitioned to create a more intimate experience.
Capacities for seated and cocktail events: up to 160 guests.
The space is fitted with all the creature comforts protecting your event all year round from Adelaide’s unpredictable weather. Industrial cooling for summer and a cosy wood fire heater for winter.
PRIVATE Bridal SUITE
The Private Suite caters perfectly for bridal parties on arrival or as a VIP area for corporates. Fully styled with Parisian furniture and mood lighting.
COURTYARD
Cafe style tables and chairs, festoon and fairy lighting installations and greenery; this space flows directly from the Main Room.
BAR
An illuminated, rustic wood bar fully stocked with Award Winning Wines, Spirits, Sangria, Beer, Ciders, Soft Drinks and Juices. We love to support our locals by stocking Adelaide based wines particularly sourced from the Adelaide Hills region.
LANEWAY
Our unique one-of-a-kind graffiti flower wall in our own exclusive laneway, leading to our fairytale courtyard, is the perfect backdrop for your unique wedding photos. Of a night time, fairy lights adorn the lane. Perfect for a sparkler send off at the end of your magical evening.
Florals and styling
Ten22 Creative is your one stop shop for all of your styling needs. Our hire department is yours for the picking and our expert floral team is ready to bring your styling vision and florals to life. Whether you are wanting simplistic bud vases to elaborate floral installations let our creatives work their magic!
CEREMONIES
With an exceptional fixed arbour in our gorgeous outdoor courtyard, or the grand cathedral doors in our space, we have the option to host stunning ceremonies at Ten22 rain or shine, so you don’t need to find a plan B.
