“We got engaged on the 8th of December 2017 and planned to do a SURPRISE wedding! We decided to do it a year to the date and tell everyone that they were attending our engagement party. Nat was probably more excited about the surprise than we were! We came across Ten22 Boutique Venue while googling venues one day and boy was that the best decision we have ever made. We never wanted the large traditional wedding (hence the surprise) and were going for a laid back atmosphere where everyone could mingle, drink, eat and party the night away!

From the moment we walked through the door of Ten22 we were amazed… Firstly at the size of the place and secondly at the way the venue had been styled. It was like we had found a hidden gem and it just kept getting better. I remember meeting Dave on the first night and instantly getting a good vibe. He was very friendly, had a good sense of humour and he knew his stuff!

We went home and booked our date in that evening as we were so in love with the venue. From there, the planning process was easy with the help of Nat, Dave and their amazing team. They were only too happy to help and were so accommodating.

On the 8th of December 2018 we got married at Ten22 in their courtyard. It was an amazing day and everything we had hoped for. Having the ceremony and the reception in one place was the BEST idea! It made it so easy for guests and for us. A number of our guests praised the location after the night, as it was central and so easy for people to travel to and from. Our event was cocktail which suited us and our laid back feel, while still allowing our guests to be well fed. Ten22 NAILED that. So many guests raved about the food, especially the paella. We chose the grazing table, hot tapas and the paella and everyone went home satisfied.

Nat and Dave have so much heart and soul and it really shows in the way they treat their couples. Nat has such a beautiful, quirky personality and she made sure our entire day ran smoothly so I had no stress. We cannot thank you both enough for making our day special.

Love, Emilie & Ricky”
